I would 100% recommend The Foot Lab. I came in with an issue with my toe. After an initial appointment with James who put me at ease and helped figure out a plan, I was back in a week later for toenail surgery. There I was greeted by the wonderful Claire who did my surgery, along with Katie who was there to observe (as well as comfort me!). Apart from the initial injections to numb my toe, I didn't feel any pain during the procedure. That was 2 weeks ago and they have looked after me ever since with bandage changes and check-ups. You're even greeted with smiles from the lovely receptionist too. Any kind of surgery isn't pleasant but they make it a lovely experience the minute you step through the door. Xx

I received great service throughout my time with The Foot Lab for my ingrown toenail. Claire was the podiatrist that looked after me during my treatment here and she did a great job with everything from the consult up until the aftercare following my toenail surgery. I was kept well informed of the whole procedure and she made sure I was comfortable with everything during the toenail surgery, as well as letting me know I could always call back with any concerns. Claire also made the extra effort to invite me back for an extra checkup on top of the default two, to ensure my toe was healing properly (as it had been ingrown for so long). I would recommend this business for any podiatry needs.
